This year’s Club Challenge timber was Blackwood.
Each member was provided with one superfoot of timber (a piece with a volume of 144 cubic inches). Actual dimensions varied a bit, as shown in the first image below, but they were all exactly the same volume of timber.
The timber this year was generously supplied by The Bearded Bloke Timber Collective of Oak Flats, who also had a wonderful selection of slabs, boards and turning blanks on display across the Expo weekend.
