The Kiama Woodcraft Group was recently contacted by a family giving away their late father’s woodworking tools. They wanted them to go to someone who would continue to use them, rather than just seeing them scrapped.

John Hanna visited the family, and collected this late. It needed a good clean down to get rid of years of cobwebs and spiders, and needed some rust removal and a coat of paint.

With all that done, the lathe is ready for its next life with a new woodworker.

Well done John!
